Zac Posen Spring/Summer 2012 - New York Fashion Week

Zac Posen spring/summer 2012 at New York fashion week offered some of the most amazing and alluring floor-sweeping evening gowns for the season in black, nude, beige, emerald green and maroon. Apart from a couple of gowns that had the bell silhouette, most gowns in hour-glass silhouette emphasized the feminine curves with mermaid-inspired tail.

The luxurious gowns had intricately embellished delicate tulle layered over satin. Layers of tulle was also seen in mermaid-style skirt. The bustier had some amazing cuts, criss-cross, layering and subtle surface ornamentation. What I loved the most was the alluring giant mermaid style tail.
