Filmfare awards which is often dubbed as Bollywood's Oscars concluded in Mumbai on 31st January 2015. Bollywood divas graced the Filmfare 2015 red carpet with glam, sass and style. While most stars chose monochromatic shades of white and black, deep blues and navy followed closely as the most favored hue. Here are illustrations of 10 favourite looks from Filmfare Awards 2015 red carpet.

Deepika Padukone wore a Ashi Studio couture high-low hemmed white gown with embellished bodice and heavy ruffles. The actor completed the look with Louboutin shoes and dark lips.

Ileana D’Cruz was a vision in black at Filmfare Awards 2015. She was among the few who dared to experiment and got it right. Ileana looked fabulous in a black Nikhil Thampi ensemble teamed with a long cape and metallic belt adding definition to her shape.

Kalki Koechlin experimented with her outlook in a short sari teamed with churidar designed by Nikhil Thampi at Filmfare awards 2015. The jewelry comes across more like metallic junk with that ensemble but thumbs up to the daring choice of outfit for the big night.

Actress Kriti Sanon who won the Filmfare Award for best female debut wore a mint Gauri and Nainika gown featuring gathered floral element. The silhouette is clearly unflattering but that’s no denial to the fact that Kriti Sanon looked gorgeous in red lips and braided hair.

The queen of 90s Bollywood, Madhuri Dixit wore a full length midnight blue Jade gown with voluminous wavy hair and her signature smile at Filmfare awards 2015. She pulled off the look with utmost grace.

Neha Dhupia, who is otherwise well known for her stylish outfits, drew mixed opinion from fashion police at Filmfare Awards 2015. All eyes were on the huge bow in the Alpana & Neeraj creation. But then, without the bow the outfit would clearly lack detailing and look rather monotonous. Thumbs up to Neha Dhupia for effortlessly pulling off a rather difficult choice which she teamed with Bottega Veneta clutch and minimal makeup.

Sonali Bendre’s fierce orange dress is one of my favourite looks from Filmfare awards 2015 red carpet. While the dress and hairdo is sleek with a mature outlook, the orange hue and metallic accessories add young vibrancy.

Sonam Kapoor who's probably the most popular Bollywood star for her sartorial choices, chose a regal outlook at Filmfare Awards 2015. The desi white ensemble designed by Anamika Khanna was styled with back swept hair, cuffs, sandals and heavily bejeweled necklace.

Sunny Leone looked simple and stunning at Filmfare Awards 2015 in a black gown with sheer detail in bodice designed by Mayyur R Goitra.

Actress Taapsee Pannu looked stunning in a Thiea couture black mermaid gown with sweetheart neckline, minimal make up and hairdo. However, the Taapsee’s stylist could have added a hint of colour in her outlook to avoid monotony.
